Fixit and Hatha Flow begin Feb 19 and 27 respectively. Fixit has been cancelled.

For Hatha Flow with Naomi, you can sign up online to reserve your space. BY RESERVATION ONLY. Drop in welcome, but you still have to reserve your seat. Please don’t just show up. Scroll down for descriptions for Naomi’s classes. Payment is to be made on the day of class. $140 for 10x punch pass (expires in 1 year). $15 drop in. $105 for 8 classes.

CLASS CANCELLED : Fix It – Yoga/Pilates: Level 1-2. Yoga / Pilates based rehabilitation class for those with shoulder, back, and hip mobility and pain issues. Restore balance and function in the deep muscles that support these major joints. Gain intelligent strength so you can move with grace and freedom. Great even if you are quite fit, as this class will train the muscles deep in your joints.
Hatha Flow: Level 2+. this is a lead class more than a taught class. This is a chance to practice together. The instructor will not assist much, so you will need to be comfortable getting yourself into headstand, handstand against the wall, and other arm balances. Breathe, go deep, find balance.
