I am committed to providing superior care to each and every client. Careful assessment and planning lead to mindful, strategic treatments. I am a firm believer in the underlying pulse of the universe; I honour a sense of flow in the ordinary, the extraordinary, and in each one of my sessions with clients. I stand true to the dynamic nature of massage and work with the authentic rhythms of each client. My treatments involve Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and breath work. I also teach yoga, with a focus on a slow vinyasa style (linking breath to movement) and therapeutic movement.
My massage career started in 2012 and has taken me to many parts of the world, from the northernmost tip of Haida Gwaii to the beaches of El Salvador. I acquired my RMT diploma from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC.
With an ever-expanding knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, I genuinely love what I do. I’m looking forward to facilitating your journey towards optimal health through tuning in and coming home. When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me hiking up (or riding down) a mountain, trail running, cooking something vegetarian or bending my way into some funky yoga pose.
