Since graduating from Langara College’s 3200 hour program in 2016, I have been working in both clinical and spa settings. After several years in a high-end spa in downtown Vancouver, I have become fluent with a relaxing style to treating the body. My clinical experience has complimented my spa background well, blending orthopaedic treatment into what remains a gentle and effective encounter. Having been a part of one of Vancouver’s premiere athletic clubs, working with world-class athletes of many disciplines, I have had the chance to interact with a wide variety of injuries and conditions.
I like to tailor each treatment to the individual; I will use a variety of techniques, including active stretching, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, deep tissue, and Swedish massage to help the body effectively heal and restore to its optimal health.
Through my own experiences dealing with injuries, I have learned the importance of remedial exercises and stretching in obtaining balance within the body, and I include such recommendations within my treatments. With a sense of humour and a positive attitude, I try to help each person that crosses my table to take a step closer to wellness.
I look forward to meeting you, and working together to achieve your goals.
