My priority is for you to move, feel and be better in your body. I am grateful to each patient who entrusts her body into my hands. It is my objective to respond to this privilege and honour by providing the best care I know how.
I received my RMT training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC. Prior to becoming an RMT, I was a personal trainer, pilates instructor, and yoga teacher for 25 years. I am, and always have been in love with the human body and how it moves. It is wonderful to feel free and confident in one’s body, and I WANT THAT FOR EVERYONE.
In my personal life, I spend as much time as I can outdoors. There is nothing like the smell of composting leaves on the forest floor, the sound of seals blowing bubbles in the surf, and crickets mourning the end of summer.

I am new to the Comox Valley and I’m very excited to be joining the Eden Therapy team as a registered massage therapist and yoga teacher. My massage career started in 2012 and has taken me all over the world, from the northern most tip of Haida Gwaii to the beaches of El Salvador. I am a firm believer in the underlying pulse of the universe; I honour a sense of flow in the ordinary, the extraordinary, and in each one of my sessions with clients. I am committed to providing superior care to each and every client. Careful assessment and planning lead to mindful, strategic treatments. I stand true to the dynamic nature of massage and work with the authentic rhythms of each client. My treatments involve Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and breath work. I also teach yoga, with a focus on a slow vinyasa style and therapeutic movement.
With an ever-expanding knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, I genuinely love what I do. I’m looking forward to facilitating your journey towards optimal health through tuning in and coming home. When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me hiking up (or riding down) a mountain, trail running, cooking something vegetarian or bending my way into some funky yoga pose.

I am a graduate of the 3000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster and has been working as a Registered Massage Therapist since early 2013.
I work with clients of all ages and have experience with many different cases, including general tension, headaches/migraines, post exercise soreness, prenatal/ postnatal, occupational injuries, motor vehicle injuries, and relaxation. I use a variety of clinical and relaxation techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, deep tissue and swedish massage to design my treatments based on the client’s needs, physical/postural assessment, and case history.
I enjoy an active, healthy, balanced lifestyle and you will often find me at live music events, travelling the world, or exploring the great outdoors with my crazy terrier, Charlie.

Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture
I am a registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of British Columbia (CTCMA). After completing my education at Oshio College of Acupuncture and Herbology in Victoria, BC, my partner and I moved to the beautiful Comox Valley where I am excited to offer quality acupuncture service to our community.
My professional goal is to offer support and encourage people to move towards their optimal potential of health and wellness. When we work together, my intention is that you are listened to, cared for, and that your time and energy was respected. My practice is centred around my patients with a focus on continuity of care instead of our visits together being completely complaint driven.
I use simple treatment methods to influence and balance the body’s vital energy to activate a person’s self healing potential and promote a state of ultimate health.
I live on a medicinal herb farm in Royston, BC where my partner and I are aspiring to provide our community with local, organic herbal products. I am a quiet person and a great listener. In my spare time in love to garden, practise Tai Chi Chu’an, and go hiking and cycling.
